Terms of Service

1. Eligibility & Onboarding

You must complete KYC/KYB onboarding, provide accurate information and maintain valid regulatory licenses where required. We may suspend access if compliance checks fail.

2. Service Scope

We provide OTC conversion, payment collection, payouts and settlement tools. You remain responsible for end-customer disclosures, tax obligations and lawful use of funds.

Certain services, including the opening and maintenance of digital wallets, are provided in collaboration with authorized financial institutions ("Partner Providers"). By using those wallet-related features, you acknowledge that the applicable Partner Provider is responsible for those specific services, and that the relevant Partner Provider terms apply. Such terms are incorporated herein by reference and are available on our Partner Disclosure page.

Digital wallet services are facilitated by WSD but are provided by Partner Financial Institution(s). Your use of wallet functionality is subject to the Partner User Agreement , which is incorporated herein by reference.

3. Risk & Liability

WSD Global Pay offers services on a commercially reasonable basis. We are not liable for losses caused by partner networks, market movements or regulatory actions beyond our control.

WSD Global Pay acts as an intermediary for partner-provided financial services. Except as otherwise required by applicable law, WSD Global Pay is not responsible for the performance, acts, or omissions of Partner Providers, including identity verification outcomes, wallet availability, or settlement timing. Claims arising from partner-provided services are governed by the applicable Partner Provider terms.
